The Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles has updated and published a new versions of its Spanish language Driver’s Manual. The new updated manual is now available online. Print copies are also available at approximately 30 of the RMV’s branch locations around the Commonwealth. A print copy of the manual costs $5.00.
“We recognize the significant Spanish speaking population in the Commonwealth and the Registry is pleased to offer an updated translation of the manual,” said Registrar Erin C. Deveney. “We are committed to equipping customers with new motor vehicle law and rule information to help increase safety for all roadway users.”
The RMV produces the Driver’s Manual in order to prepare new drivers with all of the rules and regulations of the road. As for the new updated manual, it now includes all the latest information including:
While the Driver’s Manual is currently only available in Spanish or English versions, the RMV does offer the possibility to obtain a license or permit in a variety of languages.
