This is a USAW sanctioned meet: USAW membership is required prior to entering and singlets are required to be worn during the competition.
ALL YOUTH ATHLETES MUST WEIGH-IN IN A SINGLET. A PARENT OR COACH OF THE SAME SEX MUST BE PRESENT AT WEIGH-INS FOR EVERY YOUTH LIFTER.

2023 Texas Barbell Spring Showdown – April 1, 2023
The Texas Barbell Showdown series returns for the seventh year with the top male and female lifters taking home the championship belt.
We will be featuring a full electronic scoring system, and IWF certified equipment.
1st – 3rd place overall awards will be given based on Sinclair for each of the following age divisions:
